How do I place an order?

How can I pay for my order?

A 50% deposit is required upon order and the remaining balance is due on delivery. We accept all Credit Cards, Zelle, cash and check.

How long is the lead time?

Our in stock products can ship within a week and custom orders vary from 4-16 weeks.

How should I clean my leather or vinyl sofas and chairs?

Use diluted dishwashing soap with a warm rag to wipe clean all leather and vinyl surfaces. Avoid all chemicals and leather cleansers as those tend to weaken the leather/vinyl fibers.

Can I add a 5- protection plan at a later date?

The 5 year plan is only available for purchase prior to delivery of your furniture. It can not be added at a later date.

How should I clean my fabric furniture?

Every fabric piece of furniture has a cleaning code in the tags of the fabric. Check your fabric before attempting to clean it. Can't find the cleaning code? Reach out to our customer service team at Indigointeriorsny@gmail.com.
